As of [[11.0.0-33]] Home Menu themes are only supported with USA, EUR, JPN, and KOR. CHN Home Menu was last updated with v7.0, and TWN doesn't even have a Home Menu settings menu(just the old screen brightness config menu + an [[amiibo Settings]] icon on the right side of the browser icon).
