3DSExplorer can open 3DS files and view the information as described in [[CCI]] and [[CXI]]
Or open SaveFlash binary files (like those in [[Games]]) auto-decrypt them if necessary and show some information
as described in [[Savegames]]

Open 3ds (CCI) files and SaveFlash (bin) files (decrypted or encrypted).

*initial work on opening save binary files
*already open's save binary files, decrypts them and shows some info
*i'll be happy to get some help from you guys on this...
