| Top screen frame type, when draw-type is 3: 0 = texture1, 1 = texture0, 3 = texture1. Also affects scrolling speed: 0 = scroll top and bottom screen in sync with each other, 1 = no scroll, 3 = scroll top screen more slowly than bottom screen for a perspective effect.
