(edit) The last 0x20 bytes of the hash table is NULL data, it is because the Hash table is only 0x1E0 in size and the XOR hash is 0x200 in size, so the 0x20 bytes you see at the end is actually 0x20 bytes of (FF) xor'd with the last 0x20 bytes of the key.
