As of February 23, 2016, updating to this browser version isn't [[Internet_Browser|required]] since the server browser-version-check pages still haven't changed at all(when the installed browser version is >=v10.2).

As of "Wed, 24 Feb 16 20:00:01 -0500", updating to this browser version is now [[Internet_Browser|required]] since the server browser-version-check pages for Old3DS were updated. This does not affect New3DS currently.
