The command headers were changed with [[9.3.0-21|9.3.0-X]], which means pre-[[9.3.0-21|9.3.0-X]] NFC user-process software will not work with >=[[9.3.0-21|9.3.0-X]](official retail software for these didn't exist before [[9.3.0-21|9.3.0-X]]).
