0x100	0x8	Normally zero?
0x108	0x8	LocalFriendCodeSeed, this is the same as the first 0x8-bytes from the movable.sed keyY.

This contains the same LocalFriendCodeSeed data that PSPXI:GetLocalFriendCodeSeed retrieves from memory.
